IIT Delhi launches M.Tech in Electric Mobility

With the increasing air pollution and rocketing petrol and diesel prices, electric cars/vehicles are becoming a prime need for environmental conservation not only in India but around the world. Centre for Automotive Research & Tribology (CART) at IIT Delhi has recently introduced a new Post Graduate course in Electrical Mobility. The interdisciplinary course will train engineering graduates in electrical vehicles, charger and charging systems, battery energy and storage systems, reusability of energy storage elements etc. with laboratory practices.
